How to create observation for a student

Observations- A recorded note or comment made by a teacher or staff member about a student’s performance.

  • Once signed in to your account, go to 'Dashboard' section on the left menu.
  • Select the 'School Year' by clicking on the drop down.


     
  • The assigned courses will  be displayed on your dashboard for the selected school year.


     
  • Click on book icon on the course tile to view the 'Grade Book'.


     
  • List of assigned students along with their details will be displayed.


     
  • Click on the book icon against the student.


     
  • The Grade Book of the student will be displayed.
  • Scroll down and click on the Percentage of the assignment you want to update.


     
  • The 'Attempt Details' page will be displayed.
  • Here, click the 'Create New Observation'.


     
  • Fill the details, like the subject and observations. You can attach any files if required and click on 'Save'.


     
  • Once done, you will receive a confirmation message.
  • Click on 'Ok' to confirm.


     
  • You can find the number of observations and the details updated for the student.


     
  • The observations can be edited or deleted using the relevant icons.
