  • After login, the administrator will land on the Administrator Dashboard.

  • Administrator Dashboard for school applications. It displays two main sections:

  • Assigned – Total number of applications already assigned (1316), with an option to view all assigned applications.

  • In Progress – Total number of applications currently in progress (217), with an option to view all or see details.

  • The institution names are listed on the left side of the dashboard.
  • Each institution has a color-coded bar that represents different user roles (e.g., Institute Admins, Advisors, Students, Teachers, Parents, etc.).
  • The legend at the top shows which color corresponds to which role.
  • Hover over any bar segment to view the total number of users for that role within the institution.
