How to transfer an application to another role?

  • Navigate to the Assigned application section on the left-hand side of the menu.

  • Use the Select Institution dropdown at the top to filter applications by institution.

  • Assign App – This option allows you to assign the application to another role. Click the Assign App icon to proceed

  • Search by the first, last name or APP id and click on "GO"

  • Click the icon under Select and assign the application to the user
