Standard Report – Admissions Dashboard: The Admissions Dashboard in the Standard Reports section provides admission admins with a quick overview of application statuses across all institutions. It helps track application progress, identify pending cases, and ensure that workflows are being completed on time.

1. Filters 

• Organization Dropdown: Select a specific institution or choose All to view data across all organizations.

• School Year Dropdown: Narrow down the report to a particular academic year.

2. Application Count by Status (Left Chart)

• A donut chart shows the overall distribution of applications:

  • Approved Applications (green)

  • Pending Applications (orange)

• This gives you an instant snapshot of how many applications have been processed vs. those still awaiting action.

3. Application Count by Organization and Status (Right Chart)

• A bar chart breaks down applications by institution and their status.

• You can quickly see which organizations have the highest number of approved or pending applications.

• This helps prioritize institutions that may require more attention or follow-up.

4. Detailed Table (Bottom Section)

The table provides detailed numbers for each institution:

• Organization ID & Organization Name

• Number of Applications Received

• Number of Applications Approved

• Number of Applications Pending

This detailed breakdown allows you to drill down and compare performance across institutions.
