- Navigate to Institution management tab
- Search the Institution by the name and click on "Go".
- To manage the institution setting click on search icon under action next to the institution name.
- Go to the Grades and Courses tab
- Click on the "Grading properties".
- Click on edit tab set the grading as per the required.
Enable Gradebook Weigh Items Override – Option to allow overriding weight settings in the gradebook.
Grade Approval Setting – Choose whether final grades require:
Teacher approval only, or
Both Teacher and Advisor approval.
Enable Apply to All Unfinished Required Assessments – Ensures unfinished required assessments are handled before finalization.
Institution Final Grade Property – Defines how final grades are calculated or displayed (e.g., rounding or truncate)
- Click on Save once done.
