How to Create the Application Template and add the workflow steps as an Admin

  • From the left-hand menu, select Application Template.
  • Select a school from the drop-down and press Go
  • Click Create to set up both the Application Template and the Registration Template

 

  • Once created, you can view the Application and Registration Templates

 

  • Click Edit Section to add a section to the Application or Registration Template
  • Click Add Section to create a new section as needed.
  • Once the sections are created, you can view them as shown in the screenshot below
  • To add questions to a section, search for the question, select it, and click Add.
  • When a field is marked as Required, it becomes mandatory for the student or parent to complete during the application enrollment on the school website.
  • Workflow steps Setup: different stages the student’s application goes through from the time it is submitted until it is completed/approved.
  • Click the pencil icon under Workflow.
  • Click on Add step.
  • Once the workflow steps have been created, they will be displayed in the application as shown in the screenshot.
  • Click on each workflow step section. From there, you can assign a role that will have access to approve the applications. In the Action column, you will also see several options that can be enabled as needed
