- From the left-hand menu, select Application Template.
- Select a school from the drop-down and press Go
- Click Create to set up both the Application Template and the Registration Template
- Once created, you can view the Application and Registration Templates
- Click Edit Section to add a section to the Application or Registration Template
- Click Add Section to create a new section as needed.
- Once the sections are created, you can view them as shown in the screenshot below
- To add questions to a section, search for the question, select it, and click Add.
- When a field is marked as Required, it becomes mandatory for the student or parent to complete during the application enrollment on the school website.
- Workflow steps Setup: different stages the student’s application goes through from the time it is submitted until it is completed/approved.
- Click the pencil icon under Workflow.
- Click on Add step.
- Once the workflow steps have been created, they will be displayed in the application as shown in the screenshot.
- Click on each workflow step section. From there, you can assign a role that will have access to approve the applications. In the Action column, you will also see several options that can be enabled as needed
