Application Template- the setup tool for creating and structuring the student application form 

• Sections and questions created in the Application Template appear in the application form on the school website

• The student application form shown below is from the school website. Each section in the form contains the questions that were added through the Application Template.

Workflow: series of steps that an enrollment application follows from submission until completion.

A 3-step approval process has been set up. From the Select Role dropdown, you can assign roles that will review and approve applications. Each application must pass through these workflow steps, and once approved, the student account will be created.

• Admins can review applications from assigned application tab on left hand side menu and view the current status of student application, including the workflow step they are in.
