This Address Book Configuration section lets the admin control which user roles can contact other roles within the SIS portal.

  • Navigate to Institution management tab
  • Search the Institution by the name and click on "Go".
  • To manage the institution setting click on search icon under action next to the institution name.

  • Click on School profile details.

  • Select the address book configuration, choose the role, and click Create
  • If “Institution Admin” has a checkmark under “Advisor,” it means Institution Admins can contact Advisors though email section associated in SIS platform.
