- Log in to the SIS portal and navigate to the Advisor Assignment tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Advisor tab, select the appropriate institution and advisor team, and then click Go to proceed
- A list of advisors will be displayed. Click the down arrow next to the advisor.
- Click the Assign Student tab, search by the student’s first or last name, and then click Go.
- Select the checkbox under the Assign Student column, choose the advisor type from the dropdown, and click Submit.
- After submitting, the student will be assigned to the selected advisor, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
