Log in to the SIS Admission Admin portal.
In the left menu, click on Assigned Application under Institution Admin.
This screen shows applications that have been allocated to a designated Institution admin, who is responsible for reviewing, processing, and approving them.
- At the top of the page, the “Select Institution” dropdown allows you to filter applications based on the chosen institution.
The table displays detailed information for each application, including:
- The App ID
- Applicant’s last and first name
- Creation time
- Category (application or registration)
- duplicate status
- current status (e.g., Waiting On-Boarding, Submitted, Application Submitted)
- Assign App
- To view the complete application, click on the App ID link (e.g., 73045).
Inside the application, you can review each section containing the student’s submitted details, uploaded documents, and status updates.
If all information is accurate, use the “Submit” option on the application details page.
The application status will update automatically based on the admission workflow.
