Assigned Application- Review and Approve the Application

  • Log in to the SIS Admission Admin portal.
  • In the left menu, click on Assigned Application under Institution Admin.

  • This screen shows applications that have been allocated to a designated Institution admin, who is responsible for reviewing, processing, and approving them.

  • At the top of the page, the “Select Institution” dropdown allows you to filter applications based on the chosen institution.



    The table displays detailed information for each application, including:
     
  • The App ID
  • Applicant’s last and first name
  • Creation time
  • Category (application or registration)
  • duplicate status
  • current status (e.g., Waiting On-Boarding, Submitted, Application Submitted)
  • Assign App
  • To view the complete application, click on the App ID link (e.g., 73045).
     
  • Inside the application, you can review each section containing the student’s submitted details, uploaded documents, and status updates.

  • If all information is accurate, use the “Submit” option on the application details page.
