This section displays the number of student applications categorized by status for each institution.

• Assigned – Shows the total count of applications that have been allocated to advisors.

• In Progress – Displays applications that are still pending advisor action or student follow-up.

These metrics help administrators understand workload distribution and track progress at a glance.

The Summary panel provides institution-level counts of major tasks and requests.
Common items include:

1. Student Assigned

Shows the number of students currently assigned to advisors.
This helps track advisor load and student allocation.

2. Grade Approval Requests

Displays pending grade approval submissions awaiting review.

The Grade Approvals section in Advisor Admins to review and manage student grade submissions. Users can filter grade requests by Organization, Start Date, End Date, and Status, then click GO to view results.

Grades are displayed under three categories:

• Pending – Requests waiting for review

• Approved – Grades that have been verified and accepted

• Rejected – Submissions declined due to incorrect or incomplete information

This module helps ensure accurate grade processing, provides quick access to approval history, and supports efficient academic workflow management.
